All brokers are required to have a fee agreement established with their clients and submit the agreement to CRF prior to loan closing. CRF requires full disclosure of all broker fees prior to term sheet issuance to comply with all state and federal regulations. CRF cautions brokers that charging “large” commission rates can often exceed state and federal usury limits and result in loan denial.
CRF will always preserve the individual relationship you have created with your borrower and will protect your fees by including them in our term sheets.
